Big Ed has been talking about this all day. Billo doesn't believe any veterans sleep under bridges.

Captain Phonesex said Air America went bankrupt and trafficked in personal attacks 24/7, and Big Fathead Schultz did NOT defend them, did NOT contradict Falafel Man, and just uncritically accepted it.

FUCK YOU, ED SCHULTZ!

They have attacked him all along.

about him from day one.

You cannot say it is entirely one-sided.

Why am I supposed to hate Ed? I like the guy! He's a normal guy and he makes mistakes, but he's quick to correct himself whenever I have listened. I listen to Air America, Stephanie Miller, and Ed, and I personally love them ALL. The DOUCHE bag is O'Reilly and his giant know it all blow hole, not Shultz.

but I wasn't thrilled with this interview. I felt like he didn't stick up for progressives or himself enough, and he let O'Reilly get away with pretty much everything *except* at the end when he finally got a little tough.

As for defending Air America, I think he could've given a simple "I'm not sure I'd go that far Bill. I agree that *some* of the hosts there go way too far, but they don't represent progressive radio".

It's one thing for a conservative talk show host to not defend a conservative network because talk radio is completely dominated by conservatives to begin with. But IMO, while Ed has a very good sized audience it's not like every progressive in America agrees with his particular style/show. He should be happy to encourage progressive radio *period*.

There is a wide variety of progressive shows and overall I think the more we encourage them in general, the better off we are:
