There has been word for about two years now that MM's next project after SiCKO would be a sequel to Fahrenheit 9/11 about the catastrophe to follow.

I suspect we are seeing some preparations for "Fahrenheit 9/12".

The same old song and dance, the same Washington two step, the stay in line shuffle, about impeachment that they are all keeping time to. I wish I had the computer /tech know how to send this to her along with the letter I wrote.
They get voted In to do something . They do not. They cop'a'tude as my students used to say and expect you to accept it.

Shadow boxing is the closest thing this congress gets to full contact sports with this administration. And we need something a little more substantive.

But someone should inform her that street protests mean nothing unless you are in such mass as not to be just reported on, but BECOME the news. Petitioning our so-called representatives means nothing and might actually get you placed on an enemies list. About the only way you're going to get a politician's attention now is to sign your name to a brick and aim at their God-damn heads!

Campaigns are nothing more than never-ending 30 second sound bites for two years running and the elections themselves are a farce. We have about as much say in who governs us as we do controlling weather.

I don't know what to hope for anymore. Once you have come to the knowledge that no matter what we do we still have absolutely no chance of saving ourselves from the coming catastrophe. There's not much you can do but become embittered and angry at the wasteful stupidity.

Here we are confronting another election and the fucking politicians haven't done ONE single thing that we voted them in to do since the last one. The war has not only INCREASED right after these back-stabbing bastards got in, it's not even a fucking topic in the election anymore!

Screw it ... there is no one, no party, no journalist, no nothing that is going to stop what's about to happen. Hold your loved-ones dear, because quite frankly, even if we collectively tried to reverse the damage done - it would be too late.
