1. Abrams has a soft spot for Clintons, PP.

Bill let all the outstanding matters still being scrutinized in IranContra and CIA drugrunning get swept under the rug when he could have FACILITATED the remaining investigations by granting access to documents long stonewalled by Poppy Bush. We got NO declassification dump from Bill as many Dems had been expecting from a Dem president with access to those documents.

Elliot Abrams certainly benefitted from that sweep.

A young lad named Dan was likely a big fan of his cousin who worked in the Reagan and Bush White Houses.

Alot of Poppy Bush's operatives are fond of Clinton.

2. Dan is Elliot's cousin?
Christ, I should have known based on the fact they both have hatchet faces. Thanks for the heads up, blm.

My god, the roots the neocons run deep in the media.

And now we are getting set up to sweep another set of broken laws and outlandishly extraconstitutional behavior under the rug. Yet again.

3. Yep - and snookered Dems will think there is some good media DEFENDING Clintons
finally and trust what they hear.

When you go back to Dan's coverage during 2003-4 he barely even mentions the campaigns and never went after the Swifts in the defense of good journalism, did he?

He loathed Kerry. Kerry uncovered Elliot's role in IranContra.

7. Damn, the more I think about this, the more upset I get
Abrams was one of the chief criminals in IC. For MSNBC to let his cousin on the air to even _cover_ Kerry's campaign is a complete crock. What a nightmare.

4. All Barack is doing is saying that we need a candidate that clearly differed with McCain, no attack.
