My brother's unit sustained its first casualty yesterday. The details are sketchy, but apparently the next of kin has been notified. That is all that I can say without getting anyone into trouble.

It really does, because you cannot imagine how terrible it is over there.

Imagine the most horrible thing you can, multiply it by 1000. It's still worse.

I did not see any combat, but I lived through that time and I will never forget the horror.

And I am very well acquainted with the evil of this administration, which has suceeded in hiding the horror of this illegal and immoral war from the American people, but not from me.

So, maybe you are right in that I cannot imagine the horror of this war, but I have an idea how bad it is.
