Quality video of Barack Obama?

Can you point me to some video of Obama's speeches that are of decent quality?

Maybe there are some on YouTube, but it's tough to separate the wheat from the chaff there.

I'm not looking for DVD-quality, because that would be difficult to download on dialup. But are there some, say VHS-quality, videos of Barack's best speeches available for download?
