Over Ginsburg's Dissent, Court Limits Bias Suits

By Robert Barnes
Washington Post Staff Writer
Wednesday, May 30, 2007; Page A01

A Supreme Court once again split by the thinnest of margins ruled yesterday that workers may not sue their employers over unequal pay caused by discrimination alleged to have occurred years earlier.

Since these Khristian men (see below) believe a woman's place should be barefoot, preggers and in the kitchen here's what every woman should do: walk off the job and stop paying bills and stop shopping. That'll get the attention of these flaccid, ocular implanted, little dicks.

1. This ruling is a slap in the face of all women.
How the HELL are you supposed to file a lawsuit in a "timely" manner when you do not discover the discrimination until years later? Besides, is it even valid to say that there should be time limits when the pay discrimination is ongoing? Current raises are usually a percentage of your current salary. And consider the fact that pensions are also based upon your salary, so essentially the discrimination lasts a lifetime.

Misogynistic assholes.

2. The saddest part of the actions of these thugs
is that there never was a ruling on the merits of her case, just that it was filed too late. So one can surmise that she would have won the case, although with these brilliant minds of the 17th century on the court that is surely not a given.

3. A bunch of black robed traitors to the Constitution.
They have no unbiased, constitutional opinions on the law because they simply dance for their masters at every turn. I once respected them. I now know they do not deserve my respect, especially after declaring "do not count the citizen's votes" and selecting our crazy king george.
