only did 2 years at the Naval Academy because of an "incident" (I have my money on cheating)

and lied to us in order to avoid a mass panic and the eventual oversight that would ensue.

That father in law said it was impossible, but quite frankly I don't trust him. This is way too much of a co-incidence. It might be possible that he wasn't somehow involved, but I'll tell you it does look mightily suspicious.
