Clinton is impeached lying about a BJ. - Dems allow Bush to skate on Iraq war impeachment
For openers Colon Powell said he regretted delivering the UN. speech push for war with Iraq because he later; "found out that the intel was false, and in some cases fabricated" Pelosi has stated that the American people voted for change in the war policy in the November elections, did the American people also vote not to impeach Bush/Cheney if someone would make the effort to investigate these two shady characters.

3. If they acted as a block, they could use their constitutional
powers as a simple majority in deauthorizing the war or it's funding. They wouldn't face a veto in that scenario.

9. By standing together and continually making an issue out of it they
would have forced more T.V. air time to all of the shit that is going on. They might have garnered more public support and started more of a movement with the people, instead they chose to play politics and not even stand their ground.

7. It's not just about the Iraq War

Illegal wiretapping, outing a covert CIA agent, secretly making deals putting forward a "North American Union" without any consultation or vote from Congress, approving and encouraging torture, wiping Habeus Corpus out of a citizen's due process, .... just off the top of my head.
