Poll question: What is more insidious
A non-renewal of a broadcasting license of a media company that advocates the overthrow of a government that enjoys 60 to 70% approval ratings? (Hmmm, sounds a lot like the media when Mr. Clinton was president) or

A billionaire finaced propoganda outlet that serves as a mouthpiece for a neo-fascist corporate government, effectively mis-informing its audience about the most critical aspects of our government?

1. I voted Fox, but I have mixed feelings about the situation in Venezuela...
BUT I am not 100% informed on it either, so that could change.

2. Murdoch arguably has more power than Chavez
on the world stage. I'll vote F&F.

10. Good point. The enemy of my enemy is ALWAYS my friend. Always.
If Rove hates Chavez, he must be a saint. If Chavez gets his sock puppet Congress to vote him extraordinary powers and then dissolves itself, well, that's bad for Rove and thus good for democracy. If Chavez shuts down his most popular media critics, that's just showing you how bad they were. Undoubtedly they all answered directly to Halliburton.

Thanks for setting us straight here, Buzz Clik.

11. I have no pony in that race...
The Venezuelans (at least 60% of them) are highly supportive of Chavez, and they are speaking with their votes and feet in the street. So be it. I'm sure they are getting exactly the politician the deserve.

Regardless of how you come down in your evaluation of Chavez, trying to draw direct parallels between Venezuela and the US is laughable.

I wish we'd keep our frickin' noses out of other countries' politics, and I'm not just referring to CIA interference. I also wish for a bit of reciprocation.

4. What is not said is as powerful as what is said.
What is behind the; so subtle you won’t notice, dangerous, menacing, sinister, MSM coup is the culprit, but I voted that they are equal as “the machine i.e., å” is multifunctional, they are one-in-the-same.

9. I told someone just yesterday, that while nativism is indeed wrong-headed...
one upside would be...that Murdoch wouldn't even be able to own freakin' fruit cart in America
