A is Peru, good friend to "free" trade and the IMF.

Note that I'm not recommending we start fucking around with Peru--we'd do more harm than good, I'm sure. What I am recommending is that we quit fucking around with Venezuela.

Peru and Venezuela are far more similar to each other than either is to the US. For starters, neither is an imperial power.

Why am I not surprised?
