LARRY FLYNT DID IT AGAIN! He bought a FULL PAGE AD asking "Have you had sex with any Senator or
Congress person?" IF SO, please call 1-800 number and we will pay you UP TO 1 MILLION dollars! You must have documentation and be able to prove that you did have sex with a member of Congress.

I didn't catch which paper had the ad. I THINK it was the Washington Post, but I'm not sure. Peter read the ad on C-SPAN's Washington Journal this morning!

:rofl::rofl::rofl: Will the DC Madame answer the ad?

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

18. He DID. They must have documentation and PROOF before they get the $$$$$. I'm sure every claim will
be investigated before they move forward. Remember....he got Bob Barr and Livingston. Didn't he also expose Hyde and Burton?

Here's a snip from a Salon interview. Of all the replies he got from his last ad...ONE was on a Democrats...37 were REPUKES!

Interesting read..:)

You came out with the two exposés on Livingston and Barr. What happened to the rest of the ones you promised?

This is the exclusive part of the interview. After Livingston and Barr, the trial had started in the Senate. My initial objective was to expose the hypocrisy, and then I felt to further expose people would only be to cause embarrassment. And not only that, I didn't want to piss the Senate off, because I was in the president's corner and wanted to see him beat this in the Senate. So we just sort of sat on what we've got. We've got about a dozen active investigations going on now. I'm not sure how much of an appetite there is for what we've got, but the reason why we're continuing is -- they're all Republicans, of course -- is when the election rolls around, we're going to make sure that all the information that we have is made available to whoever they're running against.

Especially Bob Barr. I think the mainstream media gave Barr a pass on this. We not only demonstrated he did not tell the truth under oath, but he allowed his own wife to have an abortion -- he even drove her to the clinic and paid for it. And he's one of the most ardent abortion foes in Congress -- he stood on the floor of the Congress to say abortion is equivalent to murder. I have all the documentation on him. So I was very disappointed in the way the mainstream media dealt with that, because we spent a lot of time in the investigation. Some of them covered it -- it wasn't across the board, because some of them covered it very well.

So are you going to make the facts public?

We're publishing a one-time issue -- a one-shot called the Flynt Report. And in addition to having the people who we have exposed, we are going to take other investigations that have either come out on their own or been exposed by other people and include them in the issue. The public can turn from page to page and see all the mug shots of people who have had affairs. We're working on it now. It'll probably be out in the next two or three weeks.

Do you think you might go after Democrats?

A friend of mine who lives in Washington told me something many years ago. He said, Larry, when it comes to scandal, the conventional wisdom is that it's sex with Democrats, and with Republicans it's money. But he said in actuality it's the complete opposite. And apparently that was evident in the ads. We only got one Democrat out of all of the 38 leads, there was one Democrat and 37 were Republicans. <snip>

We all know he's a terrible businessman. DUH.

What you 'meant' in your post was SO clear. Duh. Excluding husbands and wives goes without saying...duh.

Maybe Flynt will call The Backlash Cometh before he runs his next ad....just to make sure he knows what he's doing.

Sexual Congress.

If you look at all the psychopathology and unattractiveness of so many of the elected folk...all I can say is 'Yich'.

I mean...here are two perfect examples:

Arlen Specter, Koop as the moderator, and Orrin Hatch

I always give Koop the Benefit of the doubt b/c he asserted the need for barrier contraception b/c he stated that he was a public health officer and doctor FIRST, then a RW fanatic.

Hustler offers $1 million for sex smut on Congress

Reuters
Sunday, June 3, 2007; 1:44 PM

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Hustler magazine is looking for some scandalous sex in Washington again -- and willing to pay for it.

"Have you had a sexual encounter with a current member of the United States Congress or a high-ranking government official?" read a full-page advertisement taken out by Larry Flynt's pornographic magazine in Sunday's Washington Post.

It offered $1 million for documented evidence of illicit intimate relations with a congressman, senator or other prominent officeholder. A toll-free number and e-mail address were provided.

23. Delicious - but what's your source?
I googled for news - but all I got was this excellent interview with Amy Goodman from back then:
http://www.democracynow.org/article.pl?sid=04/08/03/1359257
So, I took an ad out for $85,000 in the Washington Post offering a million dollar reward for any person that could substantiate that they had had an illicit sexual affair with the congressman or senator. Well, we got quite a bit of results from that ad, but the first one to fall was Bob Livingston who was Speaker-Elect of the House, who was scheduled to take Newt Gingrich's place. When he was forced to resign a couple of days later, he did an interview with The New York Times and he referred to me as a bottom feeder, and the Times called me for a comment. And I said, yeah, that's right, but look what I found who when I got down there.

Edited on Sun Jun-03-07 10:00 AM by Toots
I had not heard that Delay had an extramarital affair. I think he is trying to innoculate himself by getting it out early even though he is not in Congress he still holds sway. I suspect there are very few Republicans that have not had affairs. Just look at the Demands they place on their wives. Only missionary sex and only to have babies not for any pleasure. They are sexually deprived and will find any avenue for titilation. Congressional Pages or whatever....
