At least it's not being wasted on welfare mothers or affordable health care for Americans. Thank heavens it won't be wasted on any free birth control. You could be sure the Republicans would be outraged about that. Now, if you said a Democrat, was going to raise taxes to pay for it, outrage would be the order of the day.
