This week really put things in perspective. Toy guys facing 2-5 years. A million dollars, commuters delayed and countless news hours devoted to false alarms...again.

We are consumed with a bad Light Bright promo. We spend our resources fighting fear. More than anything else, the obvious dynamic is that we have turned the fight inward, attacking each other because we are panicked about "terror" itself. This is how the terrorists know they are accomplishing their goal. They have indeed infiltrated our culture and our mindset--that's what Terrorism is. We're doing all the fighting so the Terrorists don't have to. thanks GWB.

There's a famous quote that describes this phenomenon to a T (yeah, as in Terror.) Anyone got that quote? It's the subtitle for this week's Boston T Party.
