1. Interesting waiver

So Libby waived any confidentiality implied or expressed given him during discussions with reporters. He signed it Jan 2004, so why did Judy got to jail for him? Very strange.

If I were on that jury, I'd wonder why - if he had nothing to hide - Libby let her rot in jail like that. I think that's going to be hard for him to explain away, if he takes the stand in his own defense.
