Quinnipiac is out with a new national 2008 poll:

Democrats
Clinton 35 (+3 vs. last poll May 3)
Obama 21 (+3)
Gore 18 (+4)
Edwards 9 (-3)
Undecided 11 (-4)

Clinton now leads by 10.4% in the RCP Average.

On the other side, we see the same trend as in other polls - namely, that McCain is on the slide and Fred Thompson has moved into a tie for second behind Giuliani:

Republicans
Giuliani 27 (no change vs. last poll May 3)
F. Thompson 15 (+1)
McCain 15 (-4)
Romney 10 (+2)
Gingrich 5 (-3)
Undecided 17 (+1)

Giuliani now leads by 11.3% in the RCP Average.

Head-to-Head Match Ups
Clinton 45 - Giuliani 44
Clinton 44 - McCain 42
Clinton 46 - Thompson 39

Obama 42 - Giuliani 42
Obama 43 - McCain 41
Obama 46 - Thompson 34

Gore 45 - Giuliani 43
Gore 44 - McCain 41
Gore 49 - Thompson 37

Favorable/Unfavorable Ratings
Obama 48/21 (+27)
Giuliani 51/27 (+24)
McCain 45/28 (+17)
F. Thompson 28/13 (+15)
Edwards 41/28 (+13)
Gore 50/40 (+10)
Clinton 47/45 (+2)
Romney 18/20 (-2)

Other notables from the poll:

Democrats hold a 15-point lead in the generic presidential ballot, 47-32, a six-point net increase from the May 3 poll.

Bush's job approval is at 28%, a seven-point decline since May 3 and an all-time low in the Quinnipiac poll.

- snip -

Only 18% say the country is moving the in right direction.

Bush's handling of Iraq is down to 25%, another all time low.
