We need a new word. An adjective or a verb. Yeah, maybe an adverb.
And the word is "rove".

"Man, that election was roved up."

"Hey, I saw that! You're roving! You switched cards!"

"That cheater is a roving jerk."

"Who cut the cheese! How rove!"

What about a noun.

"Move over you rover! You stink!"

"We named you after a dog!"
