It;'s Called Journalism - CNN ad smacks Faux
http://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/original/acad.pdf

"It's called journalism," the headline says, pointing to Anderson Cooper's coverage along the Gulf Coast, in Africa, and the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

"AC360 has sliced Fox News Channel's lead by 84% at10pm weeknights in little more than a year on the air," the ad text says...

Also mentions Faux's false story on Obama.

1. Do they credit Stephanie Miller?
I believe she said that during an interview on the Hannity & Other show some months ago.

2. I'm glad, CNN is a corporatist bias...
which is just in favor of whatever makes money. Focks is a right-wing BS organ.

3. I really don't care about
This CNN/Fox News dick size/pissing match they seem to be having with each other. First Fox News rips on Anderson Cooper (classy with a K) and now CNN responds.

But both outlets are craptacular places to get news from.
Sure, Fox is worse, but still...

Let them devour each other.

5. At least CNN does have one token journalist. Christiane Amanpour.
Not that it's worth wading through the infomercial crappola that passes as the news on CNN to catch her stories.

Thank God for the BBC online.

6. I would say CNN has two...
Michael Ware and Christiane Amanpour that would qualify as actual journalists. Anderson Cooper doesn't come close to these two, imo.

8. agreed. Even though I disagree with him at times, even strongly, Lou Dobbs
is not some idiot talking head who reads a corporate script. He is smart, makes sense, even if I disagree.
