Justice Has Been Done: Thank You Judge Walton!

Despite my doubts in the beginning you have been an exemplary judge and a wonderful advocate for the justice system. Whatever else happens, you and Fitzgerald have done a sterling job. Thank you.

Ya know so many folks out there with conservative values.

... and throw up "State Secrets" privilege to dismiss it like he's done on a number of occasions after being "randomly" selecteed to hear so many of her cases in the past.

I will thank him when he unredacts his financial history so that transparency can show that he doesn't have any questionable points in his past history.

I will thank him if and when he stops another unconstitutional NSA wiretap request that goes through the FISA court which he has just been put on about a month ago. No news from the FISA court might not be "good news" down the road...

I still have my concerns that this Libby trial was more of a smokescreen that this administration is putting around someone that they knew they'd already lost, and tried to gain something from it by putting forth a good image of one of their boys, Reggie Walton. I think the turning point was when Liby's defense tried to "gray mail" the trial into being dismissed, and probably at some point Walton and those in the administration looking at what the evidence was, etc. realized that trying to dismiss it using a "gray mail" defense would cause more problems for the administration than letting Libby, his emails, etc. be the sacrificial lamb.

Be careful folks... Walton might be a good guy now, but I think there's enough questions to step back and still be skeptical. Don't TRUST him for something too heavily in the future.
