5. Pat Buchanan is smacking him down
he is saying come on now, 12 jurors convicted him of 4 counts... I never thought I would be cheering Pat Buchanan on, but lately he is telling some truth....

8. Not really; you caught him on an off day, or on a topic where you
agree with him. That happens rarely for me. He likes to spout to hear himself for the most part.
Though I heard him earlier and was glad to hear he thinks Libby has it coming.

6. been watching the whole thing, wondering WHY that idiot Barnicle hasn't asked:
Edited on Thu Jun-14-07 06:47 PM by Gabi Hayes
if there was NO underlying crime, as Christie avers, if Armitage already outed her, AND if she was NOT covert in the first place (funny contradiction the wingnuts keep coming up with, isn't it?)'

why did Libby lie his ass off over and over and over, as well as make all the comments to all those reporters?

how come nobody's dealing with that fundamental question?

very annoying

7. I never accused Buchanan of being stupid.
I used to really like crossfire in the Buchanan v Kinsley years. Of course Buchanan was never as smart as Kinsley.

10. when all else fails Christie, he's left with this:
Sandy Berger

Sandy Berger

Sandy BERGER!

he mentioned Berger at least three times, and neither Barnicle nor Buchanan really called him on that, not even bothering to mention that Berger PLED, and showed remorse

I could use something to take the edge off watching these aholes

how much is MSNBC paying Buchanan?

he's on the air more than ANYbody

every show but Olbermann's has him on constantly

really really sick of his fat face

why can't they find somebody who's actually on the OTHER side of the political fence to argue points like this?

20. Buchanan
Pat is very wrong on a lot of issues, and very right on a lot of issues.

The problem is, the issues he's right on are no brainers, like not lying to the FBI, or not
invading a country based on lies.

When you watch the screen, and think he's making sense, it's because he's saying something so
fundamentally right, that anybody who isn't saying it would be a stupid jackass.

23. The Reagan coalition is breaking up
Witness the venom seen at FR, the NRA negotiating with Democrats, and the Hardball segment mentioned in the OP.

The Bush faction may or may not succeed in driving the country over a cliff, but they're
sure as hell doing a Thelma and Louise to the GOP. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch
of people.
