Local Wingnut (Liberals should be confined to reservations) gets a ton of response

I have lived in this area for over 2.5 years and have never seen a comment get so many responses. And, I did not get one of the responses (I had written one about how the writer was out of the mainstream of today’s Republican party because he only called for liberals being put on reservations, and not for assassinations and mass murder like Republican leaders Ann Coulter and Pat Robertson)

Problem In Politics

I am tired of the liberals in Speak Out who complain about the media. Republicans started Fox News with our own money. We bought major newspapers, and we control talk radio. We set the agenda for the network news. Liberals have no voice, and we can quickly make a liberal look kooky if he or she gets too feisty. We did it all with our own money. It is called “capitalism,” and it works. If you liberals really want a voice, move to France or Canada, or buy your own media. But, you liberals are too busy hugging trees and saving owls to stop our agenda. Pretty soon, we will stamp out all liberal voices as dangerous and un-American. Maybe confinement to reservations after that happens would be a nice end to liberalism.

the american way. I would kindly ask the letter writer to swing by the house and pick me up for a trip to the reservation. One of us will get a liberal dose of whup ass and by my conservative estimation a new found meaning of the land of the free.

In the past five years I have discovered that bush backers and patriotic flag wavers are really huff and puff types only when in large groups. And thats how they like to be, feeding off each others ignorance and false pride and bravado. And one other telling observation; most of them have done absolutely nothing in service to their country.

They're only brave when they're in a large group of fellow brownshirts.

I read with both amusement and alarm Mr. Soandso's request that all liberals (AKA Democrats) be put on a reservation (AKA concentration camp). I was amused because if Mr. Soandso has such great difficulty dealing with a majority of his fellow citizens, perhaps it is he who should retreat behind fences topped with razor wire.

I read it with alarm because he and his misanthropic ilk are in power and may just be able to do it to us.

the true concept of freedom. It's rather pathetic really. It's an admission you lose the argument when the only way to handle it is to "stamp out" the expression of it.

Where it indicated a high percentage of teens thought it was okay for the government to censor the news.
