Just shook hands with da Kooch
He just spoke at the Unitarian Church in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Truth to Power.

At the end, a father of a severely disabled young man (who was with him, in a wheelchair) stood up and thanked DK for his leadership in HR 676 to provide universal single-payer health care. While the father was speaking (on this Father's Day), Dennis came down from the podium and approached the father and his son. It was a very touching moment, and I am glad to have been there to see it.

(I cut out of my own church, singing in the choir, etc.) to be there.

2. Met him in '04.
I also went to several Kerry/Edwards rallies, and saw Clinton in '96, Gore in 2000 - and only DK was accessible to everyone. He's got my vote. Not for the accessiblity reason alone, but it helps. :)
