Harris Poll Online (6+ / 0-)

I take part in their Online polling. A few weeks ago they had a political poll and the Impeachment question came up. I was so surprised, I took a screen shot of it...and of course my answer. I hope this pic is legible enough.

At the same time Harris Interactive has refused to take our money to poll on impeachment. We offered to pay Harris to ask these questions:

- Four Congress Members are sponsoring a bill to begin impeachment proceedings against Vice President Dick Cheney, charging him with allegedly misleading Congress about the reasons for invading Iraq and with threatening an attack on Iran. Do you support beginning such impeachment proceedings?

- Would you support beginning impeachment proceedings against President George Bush?

They refuse, saying they are "uncomfortable conducting this line of questioning for your organization."

Harris can be reached at Info@HarrisInteractive.com

1. Funny how these same polling firms had no problem asking the question when it was Clinton.
In spite of the fact that the results kept saying "no". In Bush's case, they know that the vast majority will answer in the affirmative...disgusting hypocrisy.

3. actually if the respondents are scientificly chosen
and measures are taken to assure that the person who is answering is the person they think is answering an online poll can be every bit as accurate as any other method.

I remember that it was a shame that there was only the word strongly, like could they have put down

are you 1000% in favor of impeachment proceedings against:

a. George Walker Bush, 43rd President of the United States
b. Richard Cheney, vice president of the United States
c. Alberto Gonzalez, Attorney General, DOJ
d. Condoleezza Rice, it would be hard to say here in what category, (as National Security Adviser/me thinks) due to the lead up
to the Iraq War
e. all the above
