Clips of Bush saying he would "take care" of any leaker's in his administration, Republican presidential candidates professing their full support for Libby, etc.

Scooter is going jail.

3. Bush** has nothing to lose by pardoning Libby. He is so far down
in the polls that it will be viewed as "so what else is new". The U.S. have written him off already, looking forward to the presidential race.
