You can jumpstart your political career today through the Leadership Institute’s National Field Representative Program.

The Leadership Institute (LI) is hiring approximately 70 Field Representatives to turn into the best-trained, most effective, conservative leaders, and you should apply for this job today!

The Field Representatives are sent out across the country to assist college students in creating conservative clubs and to aid them in their endeavors. Field Representatives are paid well.

Each Field Rep is paid $3,000 per month salary, plus $600 per week reimbursement for hotel expenses. If you do not spend all $600 in a given week, one-fourth of that remainder will be added to your final pay check upon successful completion of the program.

The more groups you start, the more you get paid. Bonuses are given when conservative groups are created, when activists undergo Leadership Institute training, when students start conservative newspapers, and much more! I-pods and other prizes will be awarded during unique contests as well!

Field Reps also are given a brand new laptop computer to use throughout the program. Upon successful completion of the program, the computer is yours to keep.

The top three Field Reps last year earned over $20,000 per semester!

Former Field Reps have used the experience they gained from this job to launch careers in grassroots activism, campaigns for public office, political appointments, Capitol Hill staff, lobbying, long-term employment with the Leadership Institute, and employment with other leading conservative organizations that help shape American politics and policy.

As a Field Representative, you would travel to the college campuses in your region to identify, recruit, organize, and train conservatives to win battles against the radical left on their campuses. The Leadership Institute would also fly you to their headquarters in Arlington, Virginia for eight days of intensive training in late August and provide you with everything you need to succeed.
