This should outrage all Democrats - Cohen & Grigsby & Lebowitz trampling on Americans

Here is a taped seminar by immigration attorneys Cohen & Grigsby & Lebowitz instructing employers how to get around the laws that require Americans be hired first before temporary workers with H1B visas.

I find it outrageous and hopefully so do our Democratic lawmakers who should be standing up for American workers and not big business, but I truly have my doubts.

This is what is called the smoking gun.

We have some high fallutin Pittsburgh attorneys on video at a Hilton seminar for big business Human Resources executives, explaining just how easy it is to scam the system and hire H1B immigrants, when there really are US workers who'd like to fill the jobs. As quoted in the video the objective is to NOT hire US workers, but make it look as though there aren't any.

The Democratic Party used to stand tall for US labor and advancing the middle class.

BTW as a point of reference, whom do you consider "self righteously self important"?

Is it these greedy self interested Pittsburgh attorneys promoting their scam on Americans? Or is it my ignorance at not seeing the post on this subject previously? :-)

Am I misinterpretting your comments that you believe that my personal outrage over these shenanigans by immigration attorneys and business intests that blatantly screw over American workers is wrong? If so then I would appreciate hearing specifically what about it is wrong?

Or should the USA bend over and accept whatever big business has to offer us? The current Senate amnesty bill pretty much does that to American workers at the behest of the US Chamber of Commerce.

... You're just late. The problem isn't that no one cares but you - quite the opposite. Rather, people cared SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU, that they discussed it THE VERY DAY THE VIDEO WAS RELEASED, and not upwards of a week later. The problem is that everyone BUT you cared.

I had apologized previously for the duplicate posting. I had been on the road all week with a crashed computer. All that was necessary was to explain that this video was discussed previously, instead of all the nasty mean spirited gooblety gook double talk.

Frankly I received the video link in an email and was so disgusted by it that I didn't do the DU search before posting that I should have done.
