5. Well, that suits him, I must say. A monolithic institution and "old boys" club

that issues edicts 'ex cathedra' (usurping the authority of God), and doesn't have to bother with a lot of parliamentary babble, and has a lo-o-o-ong history of bloody crusades and corruption.

Nice fit.

Blair also needs absolution. He is one nasty little "born again" twerp with blood on his hands. Maybe he'll join a monastery. Wouldn't that be a trip! Could keep him out of jail, too. Nope. Forget that. He wants to be president of the EU. Surely that must be what is behind his "conversion." Currying favor with the fascist Catholic elements in middle Europe, and the plotters in Italy and Spain, trying to restore rightwing rule.
