The state of law in the United States as of now
The bill of rights can be ignored by this President,

Legislated law is inferior to "Signing statements" which negate the law in the mind of this President,

Regulatory law is not applicable to the Executive Agencies at the discretion of the President according to this President,

Executive Orders do not apply to the White House or selected others according to this President,

Only the words that are coming out of his mouth at this moment are relevant to this moment according to this President,

And this President has no track record of telling the truth with the words that come out of his mouth.

And that is the state of the law at the highest level in this country at this time.
