3. saw that. to be fair, Milbank (who I loathe with bright, shining, adamantine intensity),

said the likelihood of people buying KO's thought that they might be fooled into thinking the pugs are leading the way out of Iraq was a likely as Olbermann's hosting the OReilly factor.

course, he DIDN'T deny that's what their tactic is now.

Milbank also predicted that there's NO WAY dems will get past the magic 60 vote mark in the Senate, so that moots Lugar/Voinovich right there, yes?

is he wrong?

There is NO "MIDDLE PATH" in a war crime, just as there's no "middle path" regarding rape!! It's criminal whether done once or a hundred times and it's wrong whether done for 5 minutes or 50 minutes or by one person or by 100 people. There can be no compromise with evil! Criminal is criminal.
