Looking for a video I saw of Bush. Proving he did drugs.

During the 2k elections he was giving a press conference outdoors somewhere. I think it was in DC. A reporter said that the rule is that a person running for president could not have used any illegal substance for at least 10 years before running and he asked * if he would pass the test. * said yes of course.

Then the reporter said that when Bush Sr. was running for president the law was that you had to be clean for 15 years and asked if he could pass under those standards. And * literally paused for like 10 seconds and you could see that he was trying to calculate in his head when the last time he used an illegal substance. Then his eyes went wide because he realised everyone was watching him try to figure it out and quickly said that yes he would pass.

Anyone ever see it? And/Or know where I can find it.

FBI background check question. First asked by print reporter. The next day appears Bush volunteered that he could pass the 15 year query in the background check during Bush Sr years. Then said back to 1974.
