This SCOTUS Term Has Produced More 5-4 Decisions Than Any Term In Last Decade

1. I hope people remember that during the next election.
Every damn fool that tries to argue that there isn't a dimes worth of difference between Democrats and Republicans should take a hard look at the results from this term.

Even if the D and R candidate were identical on EVERY other issue, the importance of judicial nominations would make it worth it to work our asses off for whoever has that D after their name.

At least these decisions have less precedential value as we reclaim the judiciary after the 2008 election.
