are freely allowed to be placed in areas of high traffic, bridges, tunnels, malls.

It's a perfect cover.

Fortunately, we don't actually have terrorists cells in every nook and cranny. But we do have pissed off citizens. And we're going to be getting back a whole host of PTSD soldiers who know ordnance.

But, hey, make it legal to put these on bridges, tunnels, buildings, in malls...

Sometimes I think we're just as short-sighted as the Republicans.

Are these near parking meters?

Did anyone ever abandon a refrigerator or a television on the street?

Are there garbage cans on the corners?

You know all of these have been used to deliver bombs.

Especially cars. I don't see how anyone can allow these to be parked in a city, probably half of all the terror attacks in the modern era have involved car bombs.
