Well I seem to remember after WWII they are about a year or more of trials. They were trying the Nazis. So if the Nazis deserved a trial how come these so called terrorist don't. Does that mean if you or your next door neighbor said something nasty about bush or cheney you could be thrown in jail and wouldn't deserve a trial.
