100 Iraqi Deaths today means one thing according to Fox News and the AP

The surge is working, because the insurgents are on the move, because it happened in another part of town.

1. I don't claim to be any kind of

military expert but what did they expect was going to happen, the street fighters were going to stand their ground against armored vehicles and superior firepower. The Continental Army would have been decimated had they done that against the British, no? Are the Iraqi's who are fighting a foreign invader any different? And to make matters worse, there are blood feuds raging all throughout the region to boot. Anyone who still thinks the USA is going to deliver democracy (meaning...our way or we'll kill you) to Iraq at the point of a gun should really re-think that strategy. I'ts been 4 years now, it is not going to work.
