I started this comic strip in 1997, then re-started it a couple of years ago and made a few changes. I even have a whole new site design for it and some day I might even post it. In the meantime, on the tenth anniversary of HOO Cares! -- with even more Americans without health insurance now (thank you, Mr. Bush), here are a few of the very first strips...
