Remember, military law allows you total leeway to "lie to the enemy in the field". Also police procedure allows them to lie through their teeth when they are talking with suspects -- "enemies".

So just remember, that is what the American population has become in the eyes of the corporate masters: the enemy.

put that fatuous Gupta up against Moore to get an audience but risk again a verbal beat down.
Moore has no reason to hold back. His response to Gupta's piece is devastating. And, Gupta
made a defamatory accusation against Moore-"fudging the facts" implies intent. First the facts
were accurate. Seocnd, there's no reason to imply intent if the facts are accurate. Even if he
made an error, why say he "fudged" rather than "he's wrong on this." When Gupta brings up being
an embed or performing "neurosurgery" in Iraq, you'll know it's all over.

They're risking a lot. Moore could take them down several pegs.

The "wild man" Ted Turner (a business genius, btw) ran a first rate journalism shop. Daniel Schoor as
the first news director said it all...the truth, no bull shit. Now these sophisticates from Time
Magazine have screwed it up.

The franchise is approaching negative value by insisting on being on the wrong side of this issue.

Gupta's best move could be to appologize for the "fudging" factor and hop on board quickly supporting
Moore. He won't. It will be a great night.
