bad stuff happens, but who makes a video admitting to rape and whatnot?

I also dont think it was common that 3 dozen soldiers at a time would have large gang rapes of women.

I have no doubt that rapes happened, but some of this sounds like sick boasting to me, or possibly someone's idea of a sick joke.

7. Sadly gang rape is far more common than we would like to think

in war. Read Susan Brownmiller's groundbreaking book on rape "Against Our Will."
She writes about how the environment of war effects some men in ways that leads
to rape and gang rape. Think Kosovo and Bosnia.

Iraq or not they can still be prosecuted for rape and murder. It makes no sense for them to put a tape incriminating themselves on the web. Most likely it's some idiots thinking they are witty for causing a stir.

One poster states that the main character is wearing a US Special Forces T-shirt, and that they did not serve as guards. Another said that they knew it was fake when he said that they learned a lot of torture techniques from the CIA.

Don't know if either of the statements are true, but it would be really foolish to video something like this after the pictures from Abu Ghraib came out.
