I passed this sign on my vacation.

We were just leaving Chicago for Michigan for a family reunion with kool aid drinkers. What a pleasant sight!!

Thank you for noticing and for bringing attention to our sign!! I am proud to belong to the Northwest Indiana Coalition Against the Iraq War. We've had that sign up there for a long time. You have no idea the hassles it took to get it there, but now that we have, we've put up several more.

And the tide has definitely turned around here, we are no longer the minority!

.. who's actually taped a sign to the back window of her Volvo that says 'IraqNam'. Even in South Carolina, 'war country', I'm guessing she's getting less angry glares by the day.

WCPT has a large billboard along the Kennedy Expressway that says "Mr. Bush, Get The Troops Out Now"...it's always a pleasant sight on my drive into the city.

it was my goal even as a young child to get out of there. No offense to anyone living there now or to my family but...........I AM AMAZED with the sign. Lots of repukes in IN. Matter of fact my brother in law will be sworn in to fill a state senate vacancy in a few days! :puke: so you know what I'm up against. Just talked to my 90 year old mother and she proudly told me she gets her news from Fox....unfortunately, she votes and thinks Iran should be bombed!!!!!!!!! Last night I was so elated with Bill Moyers Journal on impeachment and today...'this'....there are some that just can't or won't ever get it. Thanks so much for taking the time to post the sign!!!!

Thanks for the welcome, it's great to be here among sane people. Imagine my surprise when I clicked on this thread to see what someone saw on their vacation and it was our sign! It's great to know that it's being noticed. We've got several signs now, and we're out there trying to make a difference all the time in every way we can think of, so your donations are greatly appreciated and I promise that they will be put to good use.
