Lindsey Graham on MTP; al Anbar province now is fighting with the U.S..

The man is either a total liar or nuttier than a squirrel turd.

http://warnewstoday.blogspot.com/index.html

al Anbar is the home base of Saudi backed anti Ameircan Sunni fighters.

(Iraq Study Group??)

And when did the talking point become we are fighting al Qaeda in Iraq and
not Iraqi insurgents?

I wish Jim Webb had slapped him when Lindsey put his hand on Jim's Arm.

Hey, Lindsey remember you and John McCain's little walking tour of the market
w/ all that American force protecting you? You got many of the vendors killed
as "collabartors" and bomb the next day killed a bunch of kids in a school by the
market.

Sorry .... i just had to vent .... L. Grahamn is the same little rat that tried to run
Clinton for a blow job and did the Allito's wife crying game con job.

1. Nobody calls them out when they lie
And nobody brings them to task when their past lies are revealed as total bullshit.

The disinformation campaign of this Freidman Unit is to recycle the 'We are fighting Al Kader's Big Band Of Jihadi Thugs' meme. Thus all insurgents are AlKaderInIraq, and other than one lone reporter from McClatchey, the entire Bullshit Media System is towing the line. Freemon an' Moxy are no longer why we are killing piles of Iraqis every day, no we are keeping the Jihadis from getting on their speedos and swimming over here to blow us up in our SUVs while we are trying to park at the Mall. After our wing of the War Party signs on to more war in September they will retire the Jihadi Thugs spring-summer Freidman Unit ad campaign and bring back freemon and moxy for the fall-winter Freidman Unit campaign. We will then learn that once again the next siz months are critical for the poor iraqi gummint to establish itself, for the Iraqi Army to stand up, for...

2. Senator Webb really kept his cool, even though you could tell he was
quite annoyed by Sen. Graham's bleatings.

As Senator Webb was discussing various avenues which the US government might reasonably pursue to bring this nightmare to an end, Graham was reduced to shouting, "God Bless General Petreus."

And, for once, Russert asked relevant follow up questions.

3. Tim still let Graham interupt Webb @ the end
When Webb was getting to his points that were based on facts Grahamn kept
"putting his 2 cents in" and would not let Webb finish.

Besides i don't think he brought up
1) General Petreus
2) al Qaeda
3) actions based on generals on the ground not polls

near enough. :sarcasm:

4. True. Maybe I should give Timmeh the benefit of the doubt and suggest that
him was a little taken aback when Graham got upset and briefly turned into Swamp Rat's lizard man. Graham sure had the hooded eyes thing going on.

It was scary to see on television, it must have been highly creepy up close.

Or, it could be Timmeh will always come back to his toolness, in the end. :-) MKJ

Iraq Study Group

Less than 1,300 forgein al Qeada fighters in Iraq (but they are using it for "grad school"
of terrorists)

9. Senator Webb's military background vs Senator Graham's
Sen. Webb along with his son's recent actual boots on the ground in Iraq battlefield experience versus Sen. Graham's, JAG experience leaves me unimpressed with Sen Graham's "knowledge," of what is actually happening in Iraq.

Sen. Webb, was right-on when he responded to Graham's recent trip to Iraq, "...dog and pony show." Any one who was or are in or worked around the military/government, etc., knows exactly what is done to stage/perform, "Dog and Pony Show," for politicos and the media. The shows in Iraq ie., Georgie's plastic turkey dinner with the troops, etc., have been poorly directed and staged yet the media and the Senator's, such as Graham and McCain, who should know better, still sell this bs as truth......they have no shame.
