OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
That would be more meaningful than a phonebook, don't you think?

1. I didn't think they were the ones filibustering
It's the republicans that are filibustering so they don't have to vote on the war. Harry Reid is just letting them rant on with their speech but it's up to Republicans to continue the filibuster

6. PA State Senator Bob Casey who defeated Santorum read names PA soldiers
Sen. Bob Casey stood on the Senate floor Wednesday and read the names of 169 soldiers killed in Iraq with ties to Pennsylvania.

He delivered a tribute to Pennsylvanians who have died in Iraq after voting for a measure that did not advance. The measure would have guaranteed that troops who fought in Iraq be allowed to stay home as long as they had been overseas.

Part of his remarks.

The great rock music icon Bruce Springsteen’s words come to mind, written in the aftermath of 9/11, but they help explain what our families have endured during this war. His song, “You’re Missing” says in part:

Your house is waiting, your house is waiting
For you to walk in
But you're missing
You're missing when I shut out the lights
You're missing when I close my eyes
You're missing when I see the sun rise
You're missing

Children are asking if it's alright
Will you be in our arms tonight?

And, so, to pay tribute to those who are missing from their homes and their families because they lost their life on a battlefield in Iraq, I want to take a few minutes to read the names and hometowns of the 169 Pennsylvanians killed in action:
