Didn't Sanchez give Harriet Miers 5 days to respond to the subpeona?
Does anyone have any info on what's happening with this? Shouldn't today be the day that Sanchez needs to take some action?

3. I was trying to stretch it and give it business days.
The reason it came to mind is because of H2O Man's excellent set of questions and how our Congress has abdicated so much of it's power to the "unitary executive".

Enforcing this subpeona or citing her for inherent contempt are part and parcel of Congress taking steps towards regaining their rightful position as a co-equal branch of power.

4. Thanks for the link. I see that thread just got bumped up. Clearly important stuff
and I am glad that others also see that. Now if only our Congress will just do something!!!
