The way he's positioning his hands, it doesn't look like it to me. And it seems he doesn't know how to use the "Enter" key or turn off the caps key. This is the guy, after all, who speaks of "the Google" and "the Internets". And if he doesn't really know how to use a keyboard, it makes you wonder if he's equally dysfunctional in other domains, like balancing a checkbook or using a credit card, or even wiping his own ass, as Bush has always had things done for him throughout his life.
