Did Nostradumus predict the steam explosion?
Century 3, Quatrain 13.

"Through lightning in the ship gold and silver are melted, the two captives will devour each other. The greatest one of the city is stretched when the fleet travels underwater."

11. In a little known quatrain, he predicted TV:
A direct quote:

"In the century of 2 aeons,
Glowing electronic with moving images
Cast brightly upon glass,
sucks."

15. That *is* about Yellow Submarine
"Through lightning in the ship gold and silver are melted, the two captives will devour each other. The greatest one of the city is stretched when the fleet travels underwater."

"lightning in the ship" - Submarines are typically powered by batteries

"gold and silver are melted" - a metallic hull painted yellow

"the two captives will devour each other" Lennon and McCartney argue over who wrote the song

"The greatest one of the city is stretched" - Ringo Starr, the most liked Beatle, is not a natural singer, and found the song difficult

"when the fleet travels underwater" - submarine reference.

Hell, it makes much more sense than an exploding transformer in NYC.

8. You gotta be kidding me.
That could be anything. He's so incredibly vague that people read into his "predictions" what they want to and have been doing so for centuries. I have little use for astrologers, psychics, or sages.
