Link below is 20 minute interview with the former soldier. He doesn't think he or anyone else did anything wrong. He also seems very stuck on the past with his military service.

There's another link for a much shorter video at the the main story page where the internal affair investigator says several other officers said the former Marine kicked the inmate. The jail worker(former Marine) was also suspended earlier for 10 days for inappropriately stopping another motorist.

Toledo)--A Lucas County jail worker has resigned, suspected of using excessive force on some inmates. Now the marine, who was honored for helping rescue Jessica Lynch, is defending his name only on NBC24 News.

Seth Bunke denies using excessive force-- on any of the inmates as a guard at the jail. Administrators believe he went to far on three occasions. He quit under questioning for kicking an inmate.

You may recall Bunke getting a hero's welcome-- after the local marine returned from a mission to help rescue Jessica Lynch and 22 others. He says the sheriff encouraged him to take the job at the jail.

Internal affairs believe Bunke used force on three inmates in the last three months. Jeffrey Jones was the only one injured--with broken ribs, a punctured lung. Bunke denies kicking him. Internal affairs says the case is closed-- with his resignation. There is no criminal investigation into the abuse claims.

Findlay man describes beating by Lucas County corrections officers

The Findlay man who was beaten inside the Lucas County Jail by corrections officers last week couldn’t pinpoint which officers administered the beating.

Jeff Jones, 44, said he suffered a concussion, a collapsed lung, broken ribs, and a dislocated shoulder as a result of an altercation with Lucas County jail corrections officers on July 11.

snip:
Jones said he was thrown to the ground, and one officer slammed his head on the floor multiple times while another officer held his waist and kneed him in the ribs.

The altercation took place while Jones was being transferred from the fourth to fifth floor of the jail. The inmate was being strip searched at the time and said he verbally objected to being asked to squat and cough while the officers mocked him.

The last sentence (highlighted by me), IMO is very telling. What do you think?
