The 2 Parts Of The Problem In A Nutshell

An attempt to put the problem in a nutshell.

In the case of the NSA Illegal Wire Taps we know that Bush was advised by the Attorney General that the program was illegal but he authorized and reauthorized it anyway. He will not obey the law.

With yesterday's assertion of expanded privilege in the US Attorney Firing matter we know that Bush has ordered his Attorney General that the Department of Justice will not pursue cases against his Administration. He will stop himself from being held accountable for not obeying the law.

If he will not obey the law and he will not be held accountable for disobeying the law then there is no law.
