Think about that-this information was neither compelled nor under duress but RATHER a long standing part of his defense strategy. We know therefore, that whatever it was that Mr. Fitzgerald was seeking from Scooter while discussing possible pleas was in no way related to these two-ie:Fitzgerald didn't have to chase after this-it was offered to him on a bun with pickles. I assume Scooter was always considered "small cheese" in these proceedings and the fact his lawyer tossed two top-tier players so nonchalantly under the bus that one has to wonder what the quid pro quo would have been for Scooter to walk???
