"Romney, McCain lash out at Democrats"
Romney, McCain lash out at Democrats
By GLEN JOHNSON, Associated Press Writer

FRANKLIN, N.H. - Republican presidential hopefuls Mitt Romney and John McCain lashed out at their top Democratic rivals on Wednesday, arguing that they are too liberal for the nation and ill-prepared for the top job.

Romney was particularly biting in his assessment of New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, the Democratic front-runner.

"I don't think Hillary Clinton could get elected president of France with her platform. France is moving toward us," the former Massachusetts governor told voters at a senior citizens center.

"I'm convinced that America is going to change course and the question is which way it is going to go: Are we going to take a sharp left turn represented by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and John Edwards, or are we going to march forth with the American values that have always helped us be the strongest nation on earth. And I believe we'll do the latter," Romney said.

1. "Marching forth" is not a change in course, dumbass.
Not surprising that a guy whose favorite book is Battlefield Earth would be metaphorically challenged.

2. Coming from the man who couldn't run a state, and the man that can't run
a campaign. I think I will continue to ignore them.

4. Tell us, Mitt....What are those "American Values"?
Would they be starting a pre-emptive, illegal war of agression on a country that posed no danger to us? Or maybe it's stealing elections or illegally spying on your own citizens or politicizing every nook and cranny of our government? I know! It's strapping dogs to the roofs of cars for 12 hour trips! That's it! We love those good ole' American values! We sure don't want those scary democrats(or maybe we should call them "defeatocrats") taking over. Why..they might insist we let those gay people get married!

He's so full of crap.

5. Aaaaaand time to pull out the France card...again. It's getting a little dog-eared,
especially after the recent election there.

8. "France is moving toward us" What?
A huge move to the right for France would still leave France more to the left than any of our left leaning candidates.

If the world could vote, Romney would be dead meat.

Hell is to the right.

10. Maybe he was referring to continental drift.
Everything comes down to France for Mittens, because the LDS mission he served there pretty much constitutes his foreign policy experience. NOw, Hillary's to the left of FRANCE! But...but...we still hate France...those cheese-eating surrender monkeys...or do we? I don't know anymore!
