4. He is talking about health care and some special debate
for the Democrats and Republicans in August. MSNBC is apparently sponsoring the debate.

7. Iowa Candidates Forum on Cancer next month
Asking presidential candidates to discuss the nation's #1 killer and how they plan to eradicate it.

To the candidates - Answer the f*cking cancer question instead of trying to dodge it...

Dems are nearly as bad as Republicans on this issue.

5. Lance should go for another drug test
One German TV channel cancelled showing the Tour De France because so many cyclists have tested positive. Still he should hang around with Bush. Both have no credibility.

11. Really?
He's the most tested athlete the Tour's ever had. Yet, they never found drugs in his system.

15. Oh, I know
I shouldn't have even said anything, but Lance is the most tested athlete (or at least was during his reign of the Tour).

23. That doesn't necessarily mean that he's innocent, just that he never tested positive
Barry Bonds never tested positive either.

20. Tested literally thousands of times...
That includes urine and blood, and never once did he test positive for anything. Not on positive, even a false positive.

12. I don't think he is
Though he's never said who he votes for (or if he does). While he rode with Bush to talk about cancer research, John Kerry also was there during Lance's last Tour.

16. He made a powerful argument about putting the "War on Terror" in perspective.
600,000 Americans die from the cancer terror every year;1500/day. Terrorists would have to be mighty busy to match those numbers. We spend $500BB fighting "terrorism" - what could that amount invested in cancer research deliver?

Hope our candidates compare the war on terror vs. to the war on cancer, the war on natural disasters, and the war on car crashes and put a little perspective on how bankrupted and ridiculous this administration's idea of a GWOT is.

25. Not just cancer research, also cancer treatment
You could find a cure for all cancers today and one third of people diagnosed would still die from it just because of lack of access to affordable screening and treatment.

They've got plenty of money for research - what'S need is SCREENING AND TREATMENT.

29. I posed that question a while back ... expecting that he was
but someone told me that he was an atheist ... but then, Repukes would never have hypocrites in their ranks, right?

I mean, like having a sexual predator of underage boys running a campaign against online sex, or a multiply divorced presidential candidate who preaches family values, or ... never mind ...

There have been doping scandals in the sport of cycling for many years, but this year is looking pretty bad.

When the day before the race they kicked out like 20 riders. It's sad really, because it's such a good sport.

24. Its time to talk about cancer, that's why
Should the anti-cancer movement choose a different spokesperson since Lance seems to be such a distraction?
