I never thought I'd admit it, but I miss
Scotty McLiar.

But oh my gosh, I can't take that moran Tony Snow any longer.

I just heard him talking about tonight's SOTU, and you would think there's not a single problem. Everything is just peachy! The polls are all wrong. :eyes:

At least Scott McIdiot just refused to answer questions.

Snow loves answering all questions with that ridiculous smirk, but he embellishes and lies and asks his own questions to questions. :wtf:

He's just AWFUL, AWFUL.

There's not one single word that comes out of his mouth I believe!! :argh:

1. I can't wait to see him peppered with questions about Libby tomorrow
Will he drag out the old chestnut, "I cannot comment from behind this podium"???

2. Scotty
One day Franken was asking caller to nominate their favorite member of the Bush administration. One guy said, "Scott McLellan because his chief job is to lie and he does it very badly."

4. On his show the other day, Thom Hartmann said that at least
Scotty did a little bit of research before meeting with the reports. Tony does absolutely NONE. I almost felt sorry for Scotty sometimes, but with Tony, I feel only disgust.

6. McClellan actually felt bad about lying
Not enough to avoid doing it, mind you, but he at least felt a mild bit of concern. That's why he was vague at times, and why he danced around answers, and why he refused to answer them. I think that's why Bush canned him.

Snow sees each question as an opportunity to indulge in complete fantasy. He feels no more guilt lying than a bird feels in flying. He not only lies, he seems to enjoy spouting out nonsense that is so obviously false that only his most brainwashed supporters will believe. He's like a cult leader--the more outrageous his claim, the more he feels worshipped by the people who actually do believe him, and the more he feels contempt for those smart enough to see the lie.

In other words, lying was McClellan's job, but it's Snow's wildest fantasy come true.

8. I thought Snow would be gone by now.

Guess incompetent administration can't be expected to spot an incompetent spokesperson, though.

12. bush picked the perfect man for the job.
With the corruption and lies abounding around this entire administration, what better man to pick for the job of Press Secretary than a veteran of right-wing broadcasting, adept at disseminating information to the Great Unwashed, spinning his (and the administrations) LIES.
Sometimes I am surprised he didn't choose Rush Slimebaugh for the job!
