All this talk about drunk astronauts begs the question..

shouldn't we be doing studies about drunk commanders in chief? Shouldn't we figure out how many drinks Bush is having before engaging in affairs critical to the security of the American people? Does this man look sober to you?

If sobriety and passing civil service exams were a requirement to run for President, Chimpy wouldn't have qualified to run. It's time to add an ammendment to the Constitution that states that besides being born on American soil the Presidential candidate must also be sober and pass a civil service exam.
