Anyone know anything about why Howard is trying to take up a collection now? That poor woman called me at the wrong time. She heard more than she wanted to hear from me. Poor thing! LOL. Not one dime, for nut'n until I hear about hearings on impeachment. You hear that Nancy Pelosi? Not one dime.

1. I told the DSCC the same thing this week.
You start talking impeachment, and cut off war funding, and I'll start sending money again. There's a reason I'm on that list, you know.

11. Then come here and advocate withholding funds to the group..
that has no control over the congress. Good idea.

5. The DNC is the only one trying to address voting suppression...
So you won't give to them because of Congress.

Votes a straight Dem ticket but won't register. So we discuss the primaries and he still won't register. It's a mystery to me why they call him for contributions, though.

10. So you are advocating withholding funds from the DNC
on the same day they made the announcement of working at local levels to get a handle on voting suppression. That is your right, just trying to clarify. It was nice to see the email today and see the huge program they have set in action. But it is discouraging to come here and see how many will punish the DNC though it has no control over congress. But then that is your right. I guess it is not against the rules here.

Remember Dean's controversial 50-state strategy -- that's working ? And today's announcement about a full-out assault on reTHUG voter discrimination and repression? Dean and the DNC have done a hell of a good job and deserve our support.

That's fine. Do what you want. I won't bother mentioning that it's counter-productive and self-defeating to fight the very people who are trying to help because you don't think they're doing it fast enough or your way.
